I work alongside Bev to oversee the daily running of the nursery. My role is to support, plan and assess for children with additional needs. To offer support to all staff in a practice lead role.
I also liaise with other professionals regarding children with special needs. I also create and maintain positive relationships with parents.

I studied at college after leaving school and completed an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare. I then worked part-time at a pre-school setting while attending University to study for my Level 5 diploma. I
came to work at Brockhill in 2012 and first worked in the Butterfly Room. A year later I became the Baby Room Supervisor. Then in October 2015 I was promoted to Deputy Manager, SENCo and Practice
