A bright, bubbly, enthusiastic and self motivated member of staff is required to join our busy day nursery. Applicants must possess a Level 3 or higher certificate in Childcare and be confident and experienced with planning, observations and completing and maintaining learning journeys. You must possess good communication skills and be able to work as a strong team member as well as using your own initiative.

You will be required to work Monday to Friday on a shift pattern.It would be beneficial to be a car owner / driver as the nursery is situated on a farm in a rural part of Redditch and accessibility is limited as there is no bus service.In return we will offer a competitive salary, pension scheme, 28 days holiday per annum, to include a week at Christmas and Bank Holidays.
