Two bright, bubbly, enthusiastic, and self motivated members of staff are required to join our busy 46 place day nursery. Applicants must possess a Level 3 or higher, certificate in childcare, and be confident and experienced with planning,observations and completing and maintaining learning journeys. 

You must possess good communication skills, and be able to work as a strong team member, aswell as using your own initiative. You will be required to work Monday to Friday, on a shift pattern.

It would be beneficial to be a car owner/driver, as the nursery is situated on a farm, in a rural part of Redditch, and accessability is limited as there is no bus service.

In return we will offer a competitive salary, 28 days holiday per annum, to include a week at Christmas and Bank Holidays.
